1.1Customer Portal (secure client portal)

Customer Portal is a secure client portal for accountancy and administration offices. Clients upload their documents and complete their own details, and every client gets their own SharePoint folder. The portal runs on the office’s own Windows server, is reached through the office’s own web address and works in Dutch and English, with the office’s own logo and colours.

1.2Runner (highly secure messaging)

Runner is our own strongly encrypted application for secure messaging, file sharing and tasks. It is built for teams that work without internet, without servers and often over slow radio links: defence units, emergency services, crisis teams and exercise staff.

Every computer running Runner is a complete station. Stations find each other on the local network and talk directly to each other — there is no central server to install, manage or lose.

New in version 1.8: Time Sync for the whole network through the Runner Service, a backup route over TCP 443 when ports are taken or blocked, a built-in network check, up to four networks per station, and support for several operators on one Remote Desktop server.

1.3Reach Out (remote assistance)

Reach Out lets you see and control a customer’s or colleague’s computer as if you were sitting next to them, encrypted and direct.

• Smooth picture and sound, files, chat and clipboard, several screens.
• Admin tasks, UAC and the sign-in screen through the Reach Support Agent service.
• Free to use, with Pro for people who help a lot and Corporate for your own Reach Out server, with your brand, session reports and usage reports for your invoices.

For Windows 10 and 11. One setup for the whole PC, with the Reach Support Agent service, so a helper can also work with UAC prompts and at the sign-in screen. Windows asks once for administrator permission.
